As part of its enriching TrinityPlus programme, the College hosted a conversation with Michael Ellam, Second Permanent Secretary for EU and International Economic Affairs in the Cabinet Office, chaired by Professor Catherine Barnard. Michael previously served as Downing Street Director of Communications and the Civil Servant in charge of reset negotiations after Brexit.
