@porterairlines Flight was cancelled due to maintenance issue. Eventually rebooked until next day. They don’t honour their own Standard of Treatment of their customers. Staff seem to be doing their best in this situation but even they say their hands are tied. I cannot recommend Porter.
@porterairlines I am grateful for the work Maintenance and Technician crew do. However, based on my most recent bad experience with Porter, they seem to have a larger organization issue resulting in cancellations and delays, poor customer service and communication. It’s a great disappointment.
@shctoronto I want to add that I really appreciate the work @shctoronto has been doing and really helpful updates and responses on Twitter. Thank you!! The frustrations are more with the system for signing up and recognizing we’re dealing with a demand much greater than supply issue
@shctoronto Is there any possibility to look into a new system for signing up for vaccines? If I’m allowed in after waiting, I should be able to expect a time slot is available. It doesn’t seem practical to have to keep clicking back and forth on the dates hoping for a time slot to show up
@shctoronto I also happened to check the Unity Health vaccine sign up page. While I’m line waiting, it showed 11 vaccine spots available at Wellesley despite it supposedly being all booked. I’m more confused with how this Verto Engage system works
With so much info on the internet talking about what to do during the COVID-19 pandemic, here are 3 basic precautions that I agree can help and be reasonable to do #coronavirus#COVID19 https://t.co/Jbh7w7x3Ag

Throughout December it's necessary to make room for taking care of yourself. #HappyBetter during the holidays by getting in 15 minutes of physical activity daily. Remember, #EverythingGetsBetter when you get active. 😉 #participACTION
@lorenzo_masci@hjluks Testing for reduced passive external rotation of the shoulder can help point towards frozen shoulder. It can also be easier to assess without involving too many other structures or movements.
