Got 1time opportunity in Oct 2020 to downgrade & apply under EB3 which is also still pending so. Waiting for TSC to NBC Tr.,

@USCISDirector Is USCIS still on track to utilize all 290,000 GC's set by US Govt for this FY 2022? We backlogged country got one time opportunity to File GC(485 under EB2 n EB3) in a lifetime since 2006. on top of it insane processing delays by USCIS since filed OCT 2020.

@Redundantfella You must be having Voting rights. Then show in your voting, and pass a law such as immigrants(& Non) doesn't have any right to LIVE in this great Nation, including the ancestry starting from 400 years ago, & Citizens prior to Year 1600 families can do anything to the people(WE)

#USCISAnswers I’m documentarily qualified for 485 adjudication(EB2), pending at TSC since Oct 2020. GC’s and its availability are time bounded. Cases did not get processed when we were current in EB3. At least transfer my case to NBC, and avoid GC wastage

#USCISAnswers Our 485 case is pending at TSC since Oct 2020.we are documentarily qualified for 485 adjudication(EB2) by Aug 2021.we are in 3rd quarter & progress of backlog reduction is little.adjudicate or transfer my case to NBC

@kreighbaum @USCISDirector All of that $275M will be spent useless by USCIS in short time, and nothing will be done for backlogs & backlogged countries,who are genuinely paying taxes. I got one time opportunity in life time since 2005 to apply for GC(485) on 10/30/2020,also pending since 17 months at TSC
