People can list their properties for free via companies like @properkey which seems to be the only way to net the most money possible. These iBuyers are only interested in buying your property before it goes on market - so they can buy it from you at a discount and then sell it for a premium on the open market. That's how they make their money.

Pretty sure @CSLB exists solely to protect abhorrent contractors. I've filed several complaints and it's like pulling teeth to get CSLB to lift a finger. I've won every single complaint and arbitration I've forced CSLB to hear. I've had to explain their own license laws to them.

They won't even let you submit evidence via their website. They make you submit an initial complaint online, then mail physical documents to them. Then they claim to have never received any documents and cannot proceed with the complaint - until you show up at the office and hand it off in person.

@EscondidoPolice arrested the deadbeat! He tried to run from the police and the bike was nowhere to be found.

But it wasn’t about robbing the bike. It was about robbing kids of an innocent childhood.

Not being a victim in their own home. Not wondering if there is a bad guy on the other side of the wall when they try to sleep or around the corner when they leave the house. Justice will never be done for that damage. He is lucky the police found him before I did.

Thank you for the great work Escondido Police Department. At least the kids still have faith in the police officers. Very grateful!

@CSLB makes you print your complaint and then mail it in. CSLB loves terrible contractors, that's why they work so hard to protect them. We have some of the worst licensed contractors in the country, and it's because the CA Contractor State License Board allows it.
