Hon. Maureen Nabibya SPM is misbehaving in Thika Court 3, the court is very arrogant to Litigants. Even when you allow turn taking, for the court to write what you are saying & engage, the court simply says SILENCE did not bring you here, Next Matter! The court cannot admit basic things even when 3 files in a Row are called and all counsel can hear one another except the court, she moves. Very uncalled for behaviour. I had to call her out as she threatens advocates with contempt over the court's own network malfunctions.
