This is an actual 'perfect' scene, no pun intended. Absolute perfect directing, storyboarding, vocal performances, and animation. Realizing he's cooked, Cell fires THE move of the series at full power and then Gohan does his very 1st Kamehameha & totally overwhelms Cell. The way he whispers the words then unleashes is... fuck bro... legit untouchable. Literal peak.
