@BankofAmerica publicly replied to my thread, acting like you wanted to resolve my issue.
You sent a private message confirming you won't actually do a thing to help a valued customer. Classic corporate runaround:
@BankofAmerica stranded me after @Hertz Tahiti treated me extremely unfair. After having the car rental for 22 minutes, it broke down. Hertz demanded $21k+, then forced a $3.9k payment under threat of legal action. I disputed this charge, & @BankofAmerica refused to back me up.
People react in different ways to crisis. It seems you either turn to the Lord, or against Him. And the result is you either get better or bitter. Suffering does not create character; it reveals it.
