The Center for Countering Disinformation (CCD) is a US-funded and supported office of the Ukrainian presidency.

Putin is a very smart guy.

Boris Johnson is a super hawk. He's a Russophobe of the first order. And he, like most people in the West at the time, thought that Ukraine could win the war.

The United States bears principal responsibility for this disaster. The Europeans were fools for going along with the Americans. But it's the Americans who are in the driver's seat.
And the Americans were very interested in those negotiations in Istanbul not working out, because we wanted to continue the fight. And we thought we would win.
