I have made SEVEN phone calls between @AmericanAir and @cathaypacific 2 get my seat assigned.. not upgraded.. ASSIGNED. Run around until 1 agent assigned my 16hr flight in an AISLE w/o asking.. calld again 2 fix and got told last seat. LIE.. not full. I’m so PISSED
