To cut through all the speculation and hype, why not re-admit Jeremy Corbyn back into the Labour Party from which he was unjustly and fraudulently expelled, restore the whip and have him stand in any leadership contest against Starmer, Burnham, Streeting, Mahmood, Rayner, Powell, Cooper, Kendall or whoever the Blairites put up. Let’s see a proper contest for the soul of the Labour Party - and let’s see who would win.

Look at the beaming look of admiration that Morgan McSweeney’s wife Imogen Walker gives Peter Mandelson in the photo below.

Walker - the Hamilton and Clyde Valley Labour MP since 2024 (she was effectively chosen as a candidate by her own husband) - is still working at the heart of Downing Street as Rachel Reeves’ Parliamentary Private Secretary.

Imogen Walker was given £15,000 by Gary Lubner and £10,000 by her husband’s organisation @LabourTogether to help her get elected.

Walker is also an influential Labour Whip and was one of the tellers who recently announced in Parliament that the vote to curb protests and freedom of speech had passed.

Imogen Walker is also closely involved with an organisation called SME4Labour Ltd. The photo with Mandelson was taken at one of their functions. Their next and 9th SME4Labour Gala Dinner will take place on Monday, 22nd June 2026, at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel in London. No doubt Imogen Walker will be in attendance but will her husband and Peter Mandelson?
