@O2 I will cancel my current contract as in 14 day cooling off period and order a new phone with the discount.
Its insane that @O2 cannot just agree a mistake was made and as a gesture of goodwill credit the full £50 to my account

Your website was shocking for iPhone 17 release. But after 2 1/2 hours I got my pre order done.
2 weeks later, before phone received I got a message apologising for the issues on pre order day and giving me £50 off handset

I contacted @O2 live chat to see if £50 could be added to my account but denial was made of any message being sent to me.
Therefore I lodged a complaint. Initially your complaints team also denied a message. After screenshot sent I have been offered £20 credit.
