I don’t know who needs to hear this, but you are someone outside of being a 'helper'. This is a role you play, not all of who you are. Helping others is one of your best attributes, but it has limits. You are a whole person, with needs you deserve to tend to as well.
LaRussell talks Lil Wayne after signing to Jay Z.
"I had grew a disdain for Wayne just because I started listening to everything like I started maturing as a human and I'm like damn, this nigga wasn't talking about nothing."
Give it time! You're now on the right path headed in the right direction, now all u need to add is patience & consistency. All the lefts u took got u Right where GOD wanted u to be, at his feet asking for help. Allow Patience & Consistency to be your friends. #CoachPrime
Social media can truly change your life but here’s what you must do:
1.Audit your following.
Scroll your followers list and ask: “Does this page make me better or drain me?” If it’s not helping you grow, it’s clutter.
2.Unfollow the nonsense.
Drama pages, shade rooms, constant negativity, people flexing but never teaching — unfollow. Protect your mind like it’s your bank account.
3.Follow people with the results you want.
Traders, entrepreneurs, moms, fitness, mindset — whatever you want your life to look like, follow people already living it.
4.Add some “how-to” pages, not just “highlight reels.”
Mix in teachers, not just entertainers.
5.Turn on notifications for your top 5.
Pick 5 pages that really feed you (knowledge, faith, discipline, money) and turn on post alerts. Study them like a free course.
6.Engage with intention.
Like, comment, save, share the posts that align with who you’re becoming. Your algorithm will start working for you instead of against you.
7.Apply one thing a day.
Don’t just consume. Take one thing you saw and actually apply it — a habit, a tip, a script, a routine. Information only changes you when it turns into action.
8.Repeat until your feed becomes your future.
Look at your feed like a vision board. If your timeline doesn’t match your goals, you’ve got more cleaning to do.
