@AppleSupport Apple, please allow me to organise a replacement battery for my iPhone 13 Pro. The Support app refuses my request because the battery is at 82%. In reality, I have to charge it twice a day. Apple overrides and disallows my desire to replace my battery in my iPhone.

@sainsburys sainsbury's seems to be leading the way to make lives difficult for customers. I am a regular customer. But I am getting sick and tired of the greed shown by you guys. E.g. Pukka peppermint & licorice tea, was £4 now £4.75!!!! 18.5% increase. Please explain.
