As per the Local Rules issued on Monday, all stands, towers, fences, cables etc are classed as Temporary Immovable Obstructions. Rule 16.1, with Line of Sight relief, applies.

ROUGH
Roped off areas are under General Play. There is NO relief UNLESS a rope or post interferes with your stance or intended swing.
Rule 16.1 applies. The ropes are to prevent trolly access. THIS IS PROHIBITED.
PENALTY: LOSS OF HOLE
Carry bags are permitted in such areas.

Play is from the blue championship tees as set up on the day. Some tees may be moved, as in the past, from round to round depending on the wind strength and direction.
