I just became an author!
That still does not feel real.
It feels CRAZY! lol
TROOPER BEN’s Social Media Pocket Guide is now available as a Kindle eBook on Amazon.
I wrote it for anyone trying to grow a page, reach more people, and use social media with purpose.
I started with nothing fancy.
Just a phone and a belief that people connect with real people.
Over time, I helped grow a law enforcement Facebook page to more than 125,000 followers and built my personal X account to more than 100,000 followers.
This short guide shares what I learned along the way.
The Kindle eBook is available now for $7.99.

Paperback and hardback versions should be available in the coming weeks.
If you have ever wanted to grow your page, find your voice, or connect with people in a better way, I hope this helps.

Use what you have.

I saw this tonight and knew I wanted to capture it…
This is our third trip to Branson as a family, and each time we come down here, it gives us a chance to reset and refocus a little bit.
Tonight is our last night here after spending the last several days together. At some point, when you’re in Branson, you have to make your way down to the fountains.
Sit down.
Watch the show.
Listen to the music.
Take in the lights, the water, and the people around you.
I’ve been here before, so this wasn’t a new experience for me.
But this moment caught my heart.
Two little girls sitting near the fountains with no concern about who was watching. No thought about what anyone else might think. Just present. Just happy. Just taking in the water, the mist, the music, and the lights.
Her arms stretched out like she was trying to pull every last part of that moment into herself.
I want to live like that.
Less worried about the noise.
Less concerned about others.
More present in the moment.
Arms open…
Most people overthink social media…
I learned growth comes from keeping it simple.
Be real.
Be consistent.
Tell good stories.
Help people care.
That approach helped me grow my personal Facebook page to over 60,000 followers in 3 years, my Twitter/X account to just under 100,000 followers, and the KHP regional page to over 125,000 followers.
I put those lessons into Trooper Ben’s Social Media Pocket Guide.
It’s short, simple, and built for people who want to use social media with more purpose.

I’m proud of myself.
Building something new, and I’m watching it grow one step at a time.
New content. New features. New ways to connect.

Just search Trooper Ben on Facebook and then I’m sure you’ll come across me or my website is https://t.co/IEcqsGvPLu 🙂
We figured out tonight’s plan…
Now we need your help with the rest of the week.
We’re in Branson for the next several days, so what should we do?
Food, fun, hidden gems, anything worth checking out.

LOVE THEM!
HATE THEM!
Either way, EVs sure get people talking. 😂
I made a video showing what it actually looked like for our family to charge on the road.
I break down the cost, the time, the range, and the full experience.
No sales pitch.
No arguing.
Just real numbers from a real trip.
6 cents per mile. 🙌🏼😉
I started charging with 56 miles of range left.
53 minutes later, I had added 257 miles.
Total cost: $15.48
The cost is impressive.
Parsons friends, I’m just going to say this straight.
You’ve got something good sitting right there with that ONE EV charger.
The family and I are headed to Branson in our EV, and Parsons was basically the stop we needed along Highway 400.
But I had to wait for another driver to finish charging before I could even start.😬
Add a few more high-capacity chargers, put them close to food, coffee, bathrooms, and local shops, and people will stop.
They’ll charge.
They’ll eat.
They’ll spend money.
Parsons could become the EV stop in southeast Kansas.
Not a bad opportunity sitting right there. ⚡️

We whole heartily condemn the actions of Scott Laske and he does not represent the values and ethics that 99.9% of the storm chaser community! Unfortunately, anyone can call themselves a storm chaser, but do you have the character to do what’s right when it counts? You sir do not represent us!
