I have literally not had an on-time departure with Spirit in 6 trips. And of those 6, 3 were completely canceled. Would @SpiritAirlines like to jump on here and say “plz Dm us”, then tell me it’s not their fault behind closed doors and offer me nothing?
6:09pm and finally taxiing, still waiting on actual gate but at least a little optimism. Again, 2 hrs since we landed and 5 hrs later than we were supposed to arrive. @SpiritAirlines@EWRairport
@SmithRepspirit I did. And gave you a very detailed account of how at every single turn you guys have delayed and made everyone’s experience miserable just by not offering basic help like other airlines do.
Workin on some new slogans 4 my friends @SpiritAirlines who cancld 2/4 flights entirely, delayed ALL the others not cancld & won’t compensate in any way:
1) SPIRIT AIR: Ya shoulda just rented a car. 2) SPIRIT AIR: We know ur poor n hope ur also stupid #CustomerExperienceFail

@SpiritAirlines This is the kind of service you get when fights are canceled due to “weather” which includes sunny skies everywhere, from the departure city to the destination, not a cloud in sight.
@SpiritAirlines I’ve been in the phone this long with no resolution. Are you serious? Canceled my flight last night and now trying to not get me home for 48 hours. Unacceptable. The literal definition of #Customerservicefail
