@TurkishAirlines @TK_HelpDesk it’s happened again!! Last time in summer 2023 we had flights cancelled and wife not even put on the flight after and we paid £1000 for a new flight which airline staff said do. That was not compensated. Now we are at airport after connecting flight

@TurkishAirlines so the original issue was back on August 7th 2023 and still Turkish airlines are to do anything about it. Cancelled flights and wife told to book with other airline as they didn’t re book her. Was told over the phone. I am waiting for the money for new flight

@TurkishAirlines so DM, had emails that can’t reply and still this matter of a refund for ticket we had to buy as Turkish air couldn’t get my wife on same flight as rest of family. We are still due the cancellation of the original ticket as said on phone in August and new ticket

@TK_HelpDesk So still no further contact- last one is generated and then only way of replying is through the feedback system which is a waste of time. I need a direct contact now for this matter as it has been nearly 2 months and not acceptable what was offered. I even dm number - nothing

@TK_TR very disappointed with how delt with today. Flight delayed then told cancelled, no one knew, queuing for 8 hours at Heathrow. We now have missed connection. Told to phone to re arrange and even though at airport people got changed airlines, on the phone they can’t.

@TK_HelpDesk It has been a month and a half now and the offer for compensation doesn’t even cover the cost of the flight we had change that your airline #turkishairlines because you could not rebook my wife on same flights as us. The airline is an embarrassment

@TK_HelpDesk They have not put the flight for Istanbul to Hk on there. I phone again this morning at 4.50am and said they have but still nothing

@TurkishAirlines after waiting 8 hours yesterday to sort out a cancelled flight, still waiting on wife’s ticket. We now have 8 hour wait at Istanbul later today. Supposed to be home for our 20th wedding ann. - instead we will be stuck at airports and 2 other flights 😤😢
