@RoyIsThaTruth With his hand on a knife. This is a provoking action. Karmelo forfeited his right to claim self defense by provoking an attack from another person and then committed murder. Now I’m not saying Metcalf was right. He was in the wrong too. But Karmelo is now a murderer
@RoyIsThaTruth Go read Texas penal code 9.31. All the way down to the place that explained who can use self defense. You will come to the part that says unless actor(the defending person) provoked an action or assault from the attacking party. Touch me and see what happens….
@semitic_jew So he’s innocent because he is a mistreated poor young black boy is that what you’re saying? I think this shows the problem here but I do not think that is shows the problem you think it does.
@cityprxncess My father is racist I am not. His dad could say whatever he wanted and it has no impact on this case because you can’t assume austins actions would be the same Austin has. Besides Karmelo used lethal force while not being able to claim self defense because he proved attack.
@Diva_11_@TMZ He was murdered by Karmelo. Karmelo isn’t the victim. He he killed that boy in cold blood over a simple assault. He forfeited his right to self defense claim when he provoked the fight. It’s an open and close case.
@prettywomame@MasinElije Ok so it was vile. I’m not a fan of the racist remarks. But stop and think about something. If your son was killed by say a white boy and you had to sit and watch the white community make jokes about it on social media don’t you think maybe that could change your heart a bit
@sevenfxgurez@shawn_vverx@RoyIsThaTruth Actually it does. Infact Karmelo even forfeited his right to even claim self defense as he legally provoked an attack from Metcalf. That is written in the penal code. The other two at least had an arguement for it
