🔴 The Brutal Torture and Murder of Syrian Boy

It's been 13 years since 13-year-old Syrian boy Hamza al-Khateeb was tortured to death in May 2011 by Assad's security forces.

Hamza was arrested during a protest in Saida, east of Daraa, on April 29 2011, Hamza's body was returned to his family on Tuesday 24th May, horribly mutilated.

Hamza had spent nearly a month in the custody of Assad's security forces, and when they finally returned his corpse it bore the scars of brutal torture: Lacerations, bruises and burns to his feet, elbows, face and knees, consistent with the use of electric shock devices.

Hamza's eyes were swollen and black and there were identical bullet wounds where he had apparently been shot through both arms.

On Hamza's chest was a deep, dark burn mark. His neck was broken and his genitals severed.

🔴 Turkish Muslim Doctor Arrested For Saying ‘Don’t Worship Idols, Respect Belongs To Allah’

Turkish authorities arrested Dr Mehmet Arslan who shared a post "Don't worship idols, respect is for Allah”, on his social media account on 10th November.

Dr Mehmet posted on social media an image of the statue of Ataturk alongside Jews worshipping the calf.

He’s been detained for insulting Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Turkish Law 5816 ("The Law Concerning Crimes Committed Against Atatürk") was passed 13 years after Atatürk's death on July 25, 1951, by Prime Minister Adnan Menderes's government, and protects "Atatürk's memory" from being offended by any Turkish citizen.
