GOLDFIELDS MURDERED Ray and Jennie Kehlet, a married couple from Beverley, Western Australia, disappeared in March 2015 during a prospecting trip in the remote Sandstone area of WA's Mid West/Goldfields region.

They were experienced campers and outdoor enthusiasts but novice prospectors seeking gold ("the $3 million patch"). They traveled with their Great Dane, Ella, and a colleague/friend, Graham Milne, who had been teaching them prospecting skills. They set up camp at "Bell’s Camp," about 30 km south of Sandstone and 1.5 km off the Paynes Find-Sandstone Road.

Timeline :
19 March 2015: The trio left Beverley in separate vehicles, met at Wubin, refueled at Payne’s Find, and reached Bell’s Camp, a remote area with no cell reception. They prospected in the area over the next days.

22 March 2015: Milne left the campsite early in the morning (around 2 a.m.) and drove back to Perth alone. He claims the Kehlets planned to continue or move on. This was the last suggested activity.

Late March: Family grew concerned after failed contact attempts. One daughter called a phone and reached Milne instead. Ella wandered into Sandstone (hungry/dehydrated, ~30 km away), raising the alarm.

31 March–early April: Police launched a major land search and rescue (one of WA's largest). The campsite appeared abruptly abandoned.

8 April 2015: Ray’s decomposing body was found ~1.8 km north of the campsite at the bottom of a ~12–15 m disused mineshaft (discovered somewhat by chance during a media demo). Jennie was never found.

The Brutal Murders of Samantha and Jazmine Bisset by Killer & Rapist Robert Napper:

A Case Overshadowed by Media FrenzyIn November 1993, south London was rocked by one of the most horrific crimes in the city's modern history. On November 3, 27-year-old Samantha Bisset and her four-year-old daughter Jazmine Jemima Bisset were murdered in their basement flat in Plumstead. The perpetrator was Robert Clive Napper, a serial rapist and killer who had already claimed another high-profile victim.

The CrimeNapper, who had been stalking the family, broke into their home. He attacked Samantha in her bedroom, stabbing her repeatedly in the neck and chest (reports indicate more than 70 times in some accounts). He then sexually assaulted her and dragged her body into the sitting room, where he mutilated her post-mortem, removing body parts as trophies. The scene was so gruesome that the police photographer assigned to document it reportedly needed two years' leave to recover.

Napper then moved to the bedroom of little Jazmine. He raped the four-year-old and smothered her with a pillow. In a final act of depravity, he tucked her body into bed under the duvet and surrounded it with toys, as if she were simply sleeping.

Napper left bloody fingerprints at the scene. He was arrested in May 1994 after a fingerprint match, and in October 1995 he pleaded guilty to the double murder (on grounds of diminished responsibility due to his schizophrenia and other issues). He received a life sentence and was sent to Broadmoor Hospital.

Tips on going up against a home loan application formula.
Get your debt paid off (if any) CANCEL your credit cards once paid off as even a paid cc will go against you if the limit is high (it still counts as debt). Get your credit score up. Also if you are planning on getting a house mate in put that proposal to the bank as it should increase your affordability. Apply again once you've done the above & if they still turn you down go to the banking ombudsman & lay a complaint

@timburchett This issue so rampant at present not only in the US but the UK & other countries also. Visa applications need to be a far more stringent process. A citizens birthright should be to feel safe in the country they were born in. URGENT redress is imperative
