@friskfrecklefox Liquid IV from Amazon in a 32oz bottle of water, 3 excedrin, and a dark room. Eat a few saltiness crackers of your taking them on an empty stomach. Drink the liquid as quickly as you can with the excedrin and give it an hour. It should atleast make it manageable.
