We started with chat. Now we’re focused on a bigger problem: control over algorithmic feeds.
If you use the internet to learn or explore but feel pulled off-track by your FYP, we’re looking for alpha testers who want better feeds & fewer distractions.
Like this post & we’ll DM
I'm looking for some folks who want to test something new we're experimenting with for Truffle.
We're trying to build a better way to surface content you want to see, vs what the algorithm wants you to see.
Shoot me a DM if you're interested!
Three new features to the Truffle browser :)
- Warning messages when DMs are visible while streaming
- Split-view, so you can have multiple sites showing in the same window
- The ability to pause streamer mode for certain trusted sites
The browser has streamer mode, which will:
- Disable common data leaks like "Login with Google", local search results, etc...
- Hide your IP from untrusted websites
- Redact addresses, phone numbers, and emails from websites
- Disable autofill
It also has quality of life features like:
- A combined analytics page that pulls stats from all your channels
- Audio adjustment per-tab (0-400% volume)
- Windowed-fullscreen videos
- Auto-picture-in-picture
And coming soon:
- Split-screen
- Better chat integration
- The features you suggest!
Streaming is stressful enough - why add to it by using a browser that wasn't built with streamers in mind?
That's why we built the Truffle browser - to keep you safer while you stream 😎
Help us shape the future by alpha testing and sharing feedback!

Has a website you visited ever leaked your personal info while streaming?
We know "Login with Google" is a big one - what are some others?
We're making sure the Truffle browser prevents those leaks, so let us know as many as you can!
