𝗖𝘁𝗿𝗹+𝗦𝗵𝗶𝗳𝘁+𝗔𝗹𝘁+𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗼𝘄𝘀 + 𝗫 - This opens the Excel application (I am using Windows 11 with Microsoft 365)

That's five keys just to open Excel 🤯 But I have gotten used to it, and I find it faster than using a mouse.
