First half was wild, second was appalling.

Two thoughts:
Was it because they were completely outcoached my McRae

Or

They lost every single bit on presence & intensity they had in the first half?

Overall: when the odds were in their favour, they lost.

Why is Adelaide looking half slick? Sticking tackles, consistent effort (throughout quarters) minimal drop in pressure per quarter & increased cohesion?!

@VardyMagic There has to be something said for the pies coaching staff. They shut down every player on the crowd has had or had the potential to impact the game. Thats genius and what is required for finals football.

I love Max, but his time out showed last night. My concern with Rash is simply that he always runs HOT or COLD. After being out for an extended period, he will be like Max - rusty.

Rash is not the answer.

Going to be a tough game, tough assignment, but really looking forward to seeing them play.

@Gillythedog @VardyMagic It’s an interesting point & I’ve said this to VM for a couple of years now….. the crowd done have enough blue colour in them and when they come up against a physically harder side, they crumble.
