@AskPlayStation hey guys! No matter what I do, my PlayStation 5 always tells me it was turned off incorrectly. I have course always turn it off via its menu and have consistent power. Then it tells me it’s hard drive is corrupt and was repairing itself. Help?

Just had the most unprofessional support call with @AskPlayStation PlayStation Support. Call asking for help and the rep I had was highly unprofessional, always saying I don’t know, was rude and didn’t offer any solutions. I’m at a loss. Worst support experience I’ve ever had.
