Most businesses don’t have a visibility problem.
They have a clarity problem.
I help vendors fix that with promo creatives that sell.

Always be steps ahead of your woman. As a man, you should constantly strive to be better than her in the areas that matter. She should be able to look up to you, respect your judgment, and see you as someone she can learn from.
From what I have observed, many marriages begin to struggle when the woman significantly outgrows the man. It is not necessarily her growth that creates the problem; it is the man’s failure to grow alongside it. When she begins to surpass him intellectually, financially, professionally, socially, and in overall competence, the dynamic of the relationship can change. The admiration and respect that once existed may gradually diminish, and with it, his influence and leadership in the home.
This is why, as a man, you should never become complacent. Encourage your woman to go to school, build a career, make money, acquire skills, and become successful, but while she is growing, you should be growing even faster.
You see this pattern sometimes when an uneducated man sponsors a woman’s education, only for her to graduate, enter a new environment, encounter better opportunities, and eventually realise that she has outgrown the man who helped her get there. The problem was never that she became educated; the problem was that he remained exactly where she left him.
A woman can grow without you becoming smaller. But if you want to remain the man she respects, admires, and willingly follows, you cannot afford to stop evolving. Help her rise, but make sure you are rising too.
After all the preferential treatment, scholarships and job opportunities have been given to the girl child and she fails to succeed, the boy child who has become successful despite being systemically disadvantaged will now be expected to improve her and help her succeed😂

bro deep down everybody na classist, we love to act like classism is just about money😂😂
if your own classism isn’t about money, it will be about education, or about physical looks, or about social strata, or about esteem, or about dress sense.😂
my guy ask me why i no dey ever try pursue girls for this street, say the girls for this side fine gan.
and he no lie, dem actually fine gan but there’s a big intellectual gap, big social gap, exposure gap.
no disrespect but mehnnn, even if i still broke, i sabi my set 😂
Money can make you a better partner, sibling, friend, and even child to your parents. It genuinely improves your life in so many ways. Once you experience a certain level of financial stability, you begin to realise just how amazing life can be.
Being broke, on the other hand, deprives you of so many things. You can have good intentions and genuinely want to do things for your parents, family, or partner, but you simply cannot afford them. All you can do is wish, imagine what you would do if you had the means, and keep promising them that you will do better when fortune smiles on you. But without action, people eventually get tired of hearing promises.
Poverty can deprive you of your dignity. You can become a victim of injustice and have no choice but to leave everything in the hands of God. You may not even have the freedom to make your own choices or say no when you want to. It can take away the people you love, and sometimes there is absolutely nothing you can do about it.
Without money, you may stay alive, but you are not necessarily living. Many people cannot even afford to eat what they want. They eat simply to quench hunger, not to satisfy a craving. They live in terrible conditions, see the finer things in life, and convince themselves that those things are meaningless or mere vanity because that is the only way they can make themselves feel better.
Poverty can get so deep that someone will genuinely argue that thrift clothes, “okirika,” are better than new clothes, not necessarily because they prefer them, but because they have had to rationalise their inability to afford something better.
That is what prolonged poverty can do to a person. It does not only take away your means; it can gradually take away your dignity, choices, confidence, and even your ability to think beyond survival. Eventually, you may stop suffering merely from a lack of money and start suffering from the mindset that prolonged poverty has created.
The world does not know you are there. Nobody remembers that you exist. Poverty can kill a man long before death does.

Bro to bro:
Never be friends with a simp.
• They'll betray you for female validation
• They'll sell you out for pussy
• Whatever confidential thing you say to them, they'll always tell their woman
A simp is a danger to you and women will use him to ruin you.
AVOID SIMPS!
1. Avoid trouble and physical fights in every possible way. They offer absolutely no benefit.
2. People will show you who they are; believe them early. Don’t spend years trying to convince someone to become the person you wish they were.
3. If you must love and get into a relationship, do so with your eyes wide open.
4. Always have a Plan B. Also have an exit plan. In relationships, jobs, businesses, and friendships, know what you will do if things go wrong.
5. Never let desperation make your decisions. Learn to seek advice from people. A person who asks questions while travelling will never miss their route.
6. Learn to practise delayed gratification. When you are at the stage of building your life, learn to deny yourself some immediate comfort and enjoyment for your future and greater benefits.
7. Health is wealth. Never neglect it. Learn to take proper care of yourself.
8. Stop comparing yourself to others. Learn that your only true competition is who you were yesterday. If you don’t learn to stop comparing, you will never live a truly happy life.
9. Take calculated risks. Playing it completely safe can keep you comfortable but stagnant. Learn to recognize opportunities and take reasonable risks when the potential reward justifies them.
10. Learn how to negotiate. I have written about it here several times. Negotiation is a survival skill.
11. Choose your friends carefully. The people around you can influence your ambitions, habits, standards, and decisions more than you realize.
12. Your reputation is an asset. It takes years to build and minutes to destroy.
13. Please, be disciplined. You can’t achieve much in life without discipline.
14. Your appearance matters a lot. Invest in it. Dress well and smell good. No matter what you are going through, don’t look like it.
15. Failure is bound to happen. If you must succeed in life, you must learn how to handle failure. There is nothing shameful about failing, but make sure you don’t make the same mistake twice.
16. In anything you do, don’t allow your money to finish. The world is incredibly unkind to poor men, so strive to make money and maintain some financial security.
17. Learn how to talk, when to keep quiet, and when to react or not. Learn to control your emotions; it will help you immensely in life.
18. Avoid any situation where only God will be your witness.
19. Please, read books. Read every single day of your life.
20. Ensure you listen to J. Cole. His music will shape your life more than you can imagine.
As a guy in your 20s, there is no way you will do this 7 things correctly and not end up rich
1. Cut off 80% of your friends. If your circle only talks about girls, clubbing, and spending money, you’re not too far from doom
2. Live on 60% of your income and invest the rest
3. Cut off women who drain your peace, time and bank account
4. Delay pleasure for 8 years. Sacrifice your 20s to own your 30s, 40s, and 50s
5. Master high-income skills over getting degrees. A degree gets you a job, high-value skills and financial literacy will make you massive money
6. Protect your time jealousy, it is your most valuable asset, no use am play
7. Provide for your siblings if you can, except it's a matter of life and death, don't give away your investment money
For 2 years in Paris, I worked with one of the world's leading Neurosurgeons. Everyone including the BSc student interning at the lab called him Marc.
The first day I spoke to Funso Doherty - i asked, "how would you like to be addressed?"
He said: "F.D is fine".
Wisdom demands.
Marc is French, Funso is Nigerian. Tony Elumelu is Nigerian.
Our cultural designs are widely apart - widely apart to the extent that, in a lot of family households, siblings don't call older siblings by name.
Now, it is a different case when you're speaking about people in third person. Sometimes it's just easier to use the first name in that conversation and keep it moving, like we do on social media all the time. Context matters and wisdom demands.
Another extra nuance I'll add is:
Wisdom also demands to pay attention to our people address each other around, especially if you're new in that environment. I'll give you another example.
My first year in Italy, I was in Milan. My supervisory head, a globally acknowledged professor, preferred to be called Danielle. That's what we all called her.
The year I moved down South, I noticed that everyone called my supervisory head, "Professor" instead of her first name. Wisdom demands that you pay attention.
It's not hypocrisy if Tony Elumelu responds to "Tony" abroad without problem then corrects his subordinate back home on how he preferred to be addressed. He wasn't even rude. Cultural context matters and in one context, he's the head of the organization. Even abroad, there are a lot of conservative leaders who don't operate on first name basis.
Of course, as the world progresses, we begin to culture mix & local organizations begin to adopt western communication structures - the lines can get blurred because we still have a lot of conservatives.
Again, wisdom demands that - you ask first:
"How would you like to be addressed?"
why you dey feel bad after you refuse to give person your money?
you don forget when you dey suffer?
you don forget, when you dey struggle to bounce back?
you don forget when nobody bother to check up on you as you no guide?
be stingy with your money.
There is something powerful about starting each day with the mindset that "I have another chance." Another chance to work on yourself. Another chance to pursue your goals. Another chance to learn. Another chance to take action. Another chance to cook Odumodu. Another chance to become stronger, wiser, more disciplined, and more focused.
You do not need to have everything figured out this morning. You simply need to take the next right step.
Do not run from every difficulty. Some challenges are preparing you for the person you are becoming.
You know how we've established that knowledge can be a burden.
Sight, the perception of potential, can also be a burden.
Once you've caught a glimpse of your potential, mediocrity becomes hard to tolerate.
A man who has seen how much he can become? There's no rest. No peace.
