#1. He has a copy and a disgraced DA should not be releasing it.
#2. He FOIA'ed it. Which means that the attorney in Avery's appeal lied.

@Kratzonian My concern is that while it seems to indicate KK saw that area in the video and couldn’t see the RAVbecause of branches, couldn’t he just argue what he really meant was that it “would have been” impossible to see the RAV in the video if they flew over it?
