Corpos don’t make much money, so they end up needing a job after they graduate. Even if they made 1M in a month, the company will still pump out models with terrible $150 Fiverr-level rigging for monthly events. It’s like a gacha game
If VTubing is your hobby, don’t expect to be successful. There’s nothing wrong with wanting to make a living from it. You can’t stream to 10 people for years and keep saying, “It’s just a hobby.” You need to actually want to do it full time. If your goal isn’t to do it full time, you’re wasting your own time editing videos and going live.
@CultureCrave I was expecting better graphics, but so far it just looks like a typical modern game. Hopefully we get some gameplay footage soon so we can actually see what it looks like in action.
@babypinkasmr@TeamYouTube@YouTubeCreators The issue isn’t the strike. The AI has been flagging ASMR content as sexual content, and this has been happening to a lot of ASMR creators. If you get your channel back, just don’t do ASMR content on YouTube
I had to deal with the same BS when I told people I was working on @BacharuToshokan . The death threats were constant and people were just not letting down.
To see the creator hub get shutdown actually saddens me since it looked promising and I would of used it myself. Nevertheless, amazing work to @EggieWeggieVT and @HaittaNeo for the attempt.
Hoping the project gets revived again someday 👐
@SkullsAndScuff Not in Vtubing. Your model is your content, your brand, and your identity. Premade or customizable, you still need to buy assets for a channel that doesn’t even exist yet.
@KaizersRequiem It’s vidIQ. It replaces thumbnails with AI generated ones it makes, and some people don’t even realize their thumbnail was changed. I also heard YouTube is pushing AI thumbnails, but I’m not sure about that one.
Think of Vtubing as a tool. You can make content outside of this community, from tech reviews, gardening, teaching languages, video essays, etc. Just know streaming isn’t for everyone. Don’t waste five years of your life doing something you’re simply not good enough at.
