Public transport continues to deteriorate at a very high rate. Becoming worse than the previous day. Public anger is growing fast, and president @WilliamsRuto needs to act before things get worse.
What we have is not a public transport, its mess, chaos, social terror
@Ian_Wafula@KWSKenya just seen it: National Parks: Filming in Kenyan National Parks (managed by the Kenya Wildlife Service) requires an active permit and specific location fees. Permits can be requested directly through the Kenya Wildlife Service eCitizen Portal.
Why IG Kanja @IG_NPS through the traffic police and NTSA @ntsa_kenya have continued to allow these kiambu rd matatus operate with impunity, hooliganism, extreme noise pollution no one knows.
This is contempt against the citizens of kenya.

@PoliceKE
Miraa will destroy Kenya - its a gateway drug. People slowly "graduate' to hard narcotics like cocaine, heroin, as they look for 'something to give them sleep' after chewing..
Valiums and rohypnols' including drugs used in surgical theatre, are highly abused by miraa users, including students.
God forbid if fentanyl finds its way in these dens - it takes a single shot to be permanently addicted. Its destroys its user so badly you'd think the person is a victim of body mutilation.
some things pple are doing in kenya arent just normal, these are drugs [70%], some cases of mental illness, trauma and exposure to violent content as kids.
When you want to destroy a society, you introduce them to narcotics - countries have financed trafficking and peddling of drugs to their enemies. China on western countries, CIA on china - that's why, trafficking of narcotics is punishable by death or life imprisonment in advanced societies.
In developing countries, they create a condusive environment for its citizens and underage to use drugs - miraa dens, public transport.
When a crime like the one committed by Niico sacco criminals, their entire conductors/drivers/crew must be vetted afresh. Not everyone is fit to be a matatu crew - waende wakalime ama they do other things. We need pple who respect others, sober.
Is gov doing enough to protect its citizens? ask these men and women..
Ban music /touting / rowdiness / hooliganism / overloading / hanging in vehicles in psvs - matatus aren't clubs and bars - we cant ban clubs in residential areas and allow hundreds of even worse of their kind.
MUST the late MICHUKI resurrect for Kenyans to have decent , disciplined and a proper public transport? The failures are deliberately and artificially created by our men and women in respective insitutions that are bestowed with mandate to bring order into our society.
Baptism by bribes is what is destroying our society.
@kipmurkomen@IG_NPS@ray_omollo@NACADAKenya@chirchir_davis@ChildServicesKE - they never talk about toxic public transport on kids
@motoristsoffice@ntsa_kenya@NemaKenya@DeboraBarasa@WilliamsRuto - the men you've trusted with actualizing your vision and dream for a better Kenya, are failing us. May be, they dont believe in it.
This is where cocaine, bang and heroin users hangout - their den, their base - including school children. At some point the society will form a militia to deal with this impunity extra-judicially.
@kipmurkomen dont say youve never seen such a demon when kids burn schools. You created it.
@chirchir_davis@IG_NPS see your society
@Kenyans The ministry of education should re-think on the overall designs of classes and dormitories - some of these windows are too small, and with lots of grills and obstructions.
Use of metal doors should be banned too. Dormitories arent prison cells.
@EduMinKenya@kipmurkomen
All the criminals involved in lynching the two brothers in Machakos, and those other terrorists who threw a student from a moving matatu must face the full force of the law, and must never see the sun again.
Ban touting,
Ban overloading - a matatu must have only one crew, all passengers and crew seated. On average, a matatu has 5 touts [thugs], hanging on the door - a habit that must die.
Ban crew/touts high on drugs on psvs, and the matatu driver and conductor must be accountable for having them on board.
These aren't just traffic violations, but criminal acts, that any other police officer must enforce.
@kipmurkomen@chirchir_davis@IG_NPS@ntsa_kenya
And Delirium KDV 940c, kiambu road. Look at the time of this post amd the kind of extremely loud music they're playing - doors and windows of houses vibrating!
Do the people in positions of power love evil so much that they must we worship, protect it as it torments society?
Let our president @WilliamsRuto address and end this - its truly unbearable.
@ntsa_kenya@IG_NPS
This matatu still fitted with defeaning high pitched siren sound, along kiambu road. Thought @IG_NPS and our traffic laws outlawed these things!!! Extremely loud music not withstanding. I've reported about it before with no action taken apparently.
G-UNIT/50 Cent KDN 267J,
more bodabodas now fitted with backfires that sound like ballistic explosions. You can't differentiate gunshots from these backfires.
Bring the society to order
@ntsa_kenya@kipmurkomen@NPSOfficial_KE@NPSOfficial_KE
And this one too, hooliganism and extremely loud music, along kiambu road.
B613 KDL 345L,
End these kind of acts, pure social terrorism, same characters harass the public day in day out.
@ntsa_kenya@IG_NPS@PoliceKE@kipmurkomen
They are operated by people on drugs. @kipmurkomen and @IG_NPS need to stop this kind of behavior in psvs - It'll reach a point kenyans will put a curse on this kind of behaviour and people will start burning them - and it lead to a very mess situation.
Passengers need to have a say over these crooks and criminals with finality.
These seems to be the new traffic rules in Kenya,
1. Touting,
2. Overloading,
3. Extremely hazardous vibarations from music,exhaust,
4. Crew/touts high on drugs,
5. Hanging on doors by oveloaded crew and hooligans,
6. Blocked windows,
7. Explicit content,
8. Behavior by crew not consistent with public order,
9. Hooliganism in some matatus
10. Blinding Floodlights
What good has does this have on any society? None of course. The fruits are lawlessness, toxic public transport system, exposure of underage to drugs, explict content and behaviour, sexual orgies, indiscipline.
The society itself suffers from unending hazardous noise pollution, in some cases driving pple deaf and suffering from mental-related illnesses, miscariage to pregnant women, just to name a few.
Why has IG Kanja and his commanders @IG_NPS , NTSA @ntsa_kenya and the cs Interior @kipmurkomen , cs Transport @chirchir_davis@NemaKenya among other institutions allowed this demon to torment the society?
@WilliamsRuto@HonAdenDuale@DeboraBarasa end this delibarately created menace permanently before it destrroys our society.
Indiscipline in institutions ultimately creates indisciplined society - and it slowly moves from a habit to a bad toxic culture.
Courts too must play a role in protecting the society - and not be used to delay implementation of critical projects and enforcement efforts that aim to bring order to our society @CJMarthaKoome
The issue isnt even about safety procedures in schools, the enemy is the student/pupil - the society needs to look into what really is happening. The real issue.
Experts need to walk the journey of these suspected arsonists, get into their mind, understand everything including parenting, associations and relationships.
There are several important aspects that need attention;
1. Traumatization of children in our society - mental health issues.
2. Exposure to drugs
3. Exposure to extreme content
4. laxity by parents and by school admin
5. Laxity by the gov in protecting children and enforcing compliance on safety in schools.
As I said on another post, kids are being exposed to drugs, explicit content and behaviour on daily basis - with no visible intervention by the authority.
Go to Nairobi CBD, see how school kids tout, while high on drugs - right where cs Murkomen @kipmurkomen and IG Kanja @IG_NPS are.. Its everywhere.
A lot talking, while doing nothing will lead us to bigger messier situations - and not jus in schools, could be anywhere. We are terorrist prone country, and with such radicals, they can do bigger mess if properly motivated.
Fist things first, bring psv to order - have noticed the rise in hooliganism, touting, reckless driving- purely drugs.
I will start recording videos of some of these occurences and see exactly what goes on out here..
@WilliamsRuto@PoliceKE@KindikiKithure@ray_omollo@ntsa_kenya@davis_chirchir@HonAdenDuale@ChildServicesKE@hannawcheptumo
While we keep saying our children must be protected, situations that create viable environment for children to be exposed to drugs, explicit content and bad behaviour remain unaddressed.
Public transport esp matatus deliberately expose kids to these habits, leading to indiscipline esp in schools, homes. Use of hard drugs, weed, miraa, alcohol by underage kids is on the rise - attributed to exposure in matatus - explicit content and behaviour not withstanding.
I urge the cs interior @kipmurkomen , cs transport @chirchir_davis NACADA @NACADAKenya the IG Kanja @IG_NPS and our president @WilliamsRuto to prioritise this issue.
PSVs must not play explicit content, have drunked crew, exhibit behaviour thats not consistent with public order, allow use of drugs within the vehicles..
@NemaKenya too need to save the public from the unending noise pollution which affects even general public.
@ChildServicesKE@hannawcheptumo@ray_omollo
@ntsa_kenya@IG_NPS , there's resumption of too much noise pollution by matatus now. I have notted this from kiambu road, which had been calm for a while. Please call them to order.
They should mind the public while doing their business too..
@chirchir_davis
