Depp was suing The Sun for libel. The judge found the allegations more likely to have happened than not. Had it been a criminal case & he was deciding if Depp was guilty, the standard of proof would have needed to have been much higher.

@angelathompson5 @jonoread It really does. They ask contestants why they haven’t been intimate after just a couple of weeks and push them to be so. In the real world it would be wrong to coerce someone into sex or any kind of intimacy if they weren’t ready for or didn’t know they wanted it.
