It's so hard to forget pain, but it's even harder to remember sweetness. We have no scar to show for happiness. We learn so little from peace.

The Man Who Changed India Left Us Today. The news hit hard this morning of Dr. Manmohan Singh's passing away. My mind instantly raced back to that winter morning in the PMO, when a nervous 14-year-old me first met him.
Security was tight, and no Cameras were allowed as we walked through endless corridors. Each doorway brought more butterflies to my stomach. Then suddenly, there he was, a gentle Grandfather-like figure standing with folded hands, a warm smile lighting up his face.
I'll never forget how he gestured toward the couch, offering us tea like we were guests in his home, not just some teenage kids on a delegation. As we sat there, discussing our anti-drug mission, his soft voice carried wisdom that would shape my life.
"Which grade are you in?" he asked, looking straight at me. My voice shook as I told him about wanting to join politics one day. He leaned forward slightly and said two things I'll carry forever: "Always work with honesty. Always work to improve the lives of others."
Today, as the world mourns, I'm not only thinking about the economist who transformed India. I'm also remembering the leader who showed that true strength doesn't need a loud voice.
Thank you, Dr. Singh. For the tea, the wisdom, and for showing us what leadership with heart looks like.
Rest in peace, sir. The world is poorer today without you.

Feeling like you don't belong or unique perspective is invisible. Ever heard of EDI? Manpreet Dhillon breaks it down for us.
What does EDI mean to YOU?
When you reach for the stars, you are reaching for the farthest thing out there. When you reach deep into yourself, it is the same thing, but in the opposite direction. If you reach in both directions, you will have spanned the universe.

Tech Gremlins Strike Again: Another Day in Podcast Production 🤦♂️
Just when you think you've got this podcasting thing down, the universe decides to throw a wrench (or in this case, a malfunctioning camera) into your perfectly planned recording.
There I was, mid-sentence, passionate about our incredible topic, when suddenly my trusty camera decides to take an unscheduled vacation. No warning, no goodbye - just pure, unadulterated technological rebellion. Cue the frantic phone grab, desperate resets, and a silent prayer to the tech gods.
Let's be real - podcasting isn't just talking into a mic. It's part storytelling, part tech support, and 100% embracing chaos. To my phenomenal guests who roll with these punches, who don't bat an eye when we suddenly switch from professional setup to "hope my phone camera captures something usable" - you are the real MVPs.
These moments remind me that perfection is overrated. It's the unscripted, slightly chaotic human moments that make content real. The dropped mics, the sudden silence, the unexpected dog bark in the background - that's where authenticity lives.
To all my fellow content creators: Keep showing up. Keep pressing record. The tech gremlins will always exist, but so will our determination.
