for anyone wondering what's left, most of it is waiting on Bitcoin:

→ etching the Rune on Bitcoin: needs several blocks to confirm, ~1–2 hrs
→ moving the full supply into the public reserve: ~30–60 min
→ final checks on the burn → Rune flow: ~30–60 min
→ setup and deploy: ~45 min

Bitcoin blocks come roughly every 15-20 minutes, and we don't control that part. we'll post the moment it's live.
