Most podcasts don't have transcripts. Brink just generates one — on your iPhone, no server involved.

With the help of iOS 26's SpeechAnalyzer API, it decodes the audio, runs the model locally, and gives back timestamps. Everything happens on device.

And you can translate it into 15 languages.

Podcast publishers often put chapter timestamps in the show notes but forget to fill the chapter tag while uploading the episodes to RSS — so your player shows none.

In the next update, Brink reads them anyway and adds them automatically to your player.

New update! Brink v1.2.1 brings quality of life improvements.

- Users can now choose topics and podcasts during on-boarding for a personalised recommendations.

- Existing users can update their preferences.

- Sharing is now live. Share podcasts, episodes, and episodes from specific timestamps.

- "Top Picks" is replaced with "Recent Releases". Now, view all the recent releases as soon as you open the app!
