Correct. You can be homosexual and believe and accept Jesus. However, there are conditions for His acceptance. One must actually want to follow His rules and submit to his will in order for Him to begin his sanctifying work. To willfully continue living in sin is counterproductive to His commands and literally goes against his Will.
