Eval advice: 1) look over the lang ur dept/campus eval uses: build it into your class vocab; do this 2) do ur own evals mid way—ask what prof/class/*they* cld do better, what’s going well. 3) *remind* them to write about what they *love* in final evals. #WomenInSTEM#trynagrad
