1) @cap_rx, I work for the BCIU in PA. I am beyond frustrated! Your clinical reviewer has denied coverage for a med that I rely on because my prob is not caused by diabetes. YOU ARE DENYING NECESSARY COVERAGE. Despite an appeal by my excellent neuro.
