On Day 2 of the #RStats training, participants explored key aspects of data management, crucial for accurate and efficient analysis.
@TryphenaN, Unit data manager led a hands-on session on importing/exporting data, appending and merging datasets, and reshaping data from various sources. @RonnieMakanga followed with practical guidance on transforming data, labeling variables and working with dates.
A solid foundation in managing well-structured data is key to successful analysis!

It is with our deepest sorrow that we inform you of the untimely death of our beloved Cofounder, @Jo_siiey
She will be greatly missed and always in our loving memory as a strong woman who fought tirelessly for what she believed in.
We'll always celebrate her legacy, a life that touched and impacted many. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
Our world has lost the fiercest warrior. You were such a light and cheer, a ray of hope to many. Because of you, many have embraced Sickle Cell disease and learned to live with it, many others learned a thing or two about it.
Your legacy will carry on. May you rest in eternal peace, Josephine.
