On Jan 1, the new Tax Acts officially kicked in.

If you are scrolling past the headlines because it sounds like "government wahala," stop. 🛑

You might actually be exempt now.
The new law says small businesses with turnover under N100M (previously N25M) are effectively exempt from Company Income Tax.

But the NRS won't just "give" you this exemption.

You have to file correctly to claim it.
