Been sitting in a grounded plane for almost 3 hours waiting for an issue to be fixed @AmericanAir We’ve been offered nothing but warm water and biscotti and get scolded when using restroom. FA is miserable and nasty. Absolutely Unacceptable

@AmericanAir I completely understand there are unexpected issues but we’ve been on this plane for 3 hours and when getting up to use the restroom the flight attendant was yelling at people to sit down.
