@Miguelcake2022@shingeki_gooner A mental breakdown—that is Brazil's weakness. No matter how dire the situation becomes, that is something that would simply never happen to Japan. By demonstrating their greatest strength—teamwork—Japan will make it clear that soccer is a team sport, not an individual one.
@Miguelcake2022@shingeki_gooner Have you forgotten how Brazil's midfield lost its stamina in the second half and struggled against Japan's rapid transitions? They were unable to win second balls and completely lost control of the game.
Brazil lacks a playmaker, so they will likely struggle against Japan's compact defense. You won't be able to do any more against Japan than the Netherlands did. Brazil has one of the oldest squads in the tournament; it will be interesting to see how well they can withstand Japan's speed and work rate.
@Miguelcake2022@shingeki_gooner Those players are outstanding—that is certain. However, you are simply relying on them. Soccer is not an individual sport. Containing those players as a team—that is what team sports are all about.
