August Committee Chair Spotlight: Dr. Zoe E. Brown, MD
Currently Chair of the Resident Component.
"Hi everyone! I'm Zoe, the current Chair of the Resident Component. My job is to effectively communicate and engage with resident physicians throughout their training (and as they look for their first attending jobs), highlighting the advocacy, educational resources, and career support available through TSA. I'd especially like to highlight some of the Saturday offerings for the annual meeting, including the new oral board prep session (an addition based on last year's feedback) and the Resident Component meeting. I look forward to seeing old friends, meeting new residents, and letting everyone know how they can get further involved."
Fun Facts: "I've run half marathons in over 25 states and I'll be staying on at UTHealth Houston for pediatric anesthesiology fellowship."
