It is not illegal to sell them but customers must be given information about their use. We will look to raise awareness https://t.co/oE05O2QKNB

As a business, do you need more info on allergens? Do you know what you need to do? Your local Trading Standards can offer you advice. Or, send us your details and we'll keep you up to date with our #AllergyAware toolkit.
In cafes & pubs there should be signs encouraging you to ask what #allergens are in your meal. This could be on the menu or displayed nearby when you order your food. If you don't see them it's #easytoAsk
On packaged #food you should see the #allergens listed in the ingredients and they should be highlighted using a different font, in bold or even underlined. #easytoAsk
#NatashasLaw will come into force in 2021. We are in full support of the campaign for #allergy research & safety. It's #easytoAsk but businesses have responsibilities too. @NatashasLegacy
Allergy sufferers tell us that they don't eat out because they lack confidence in businesses understanding of the law and risk surrounding #allergens#easytoASK
