2) You reply to my email for more information saying, "Open a new ticket with this information"
3) I reply with said information

I CAN NOT reply to the ticket I first (and second and third...) sent because I can't login to reply to it. You all keep me in the loop of never ending tickets because the instructions say to "create a new ticket with the answers," and you simply reply to the new ticket as if I've never sent in a ticket.
