It’s ALARMING that any random person could get my @enbridgegas account CLOSED without any authentication whatsoever!! I urge anyone with similar stories to file a complaint with the @OntEnergyBoard

Now when I asked them if (or what) I owe for service, they said I'd have to wait until my first bill comes in under my NEW account. Furthermore, they have shut off service to my home and I am now waiting for them to reconnect it. Thank goodness it's not winter!

Upon further investigation, they revealed that someone (they have NO RECORD OF WHO!) created an online account with my address which forced the closure of my previous account. Then, whoever created that account, "corrected" the address but they did NOT reactivate my account.…
