This guy is the definition of a grifter disguising as a builder.

Focusing on “new” other projects instead of fixing failed “old” projects.

Here’s what he recently did:

1. Promised the community 75% of allocation will be fully unlocked on TGE, 25% vested for 3 months. But 1 day before listing they changed it to 10% unlock on TGE, 90% vested for 9 months.

2. Tokenomics clearly said 140M Merge Tokens will be added to the liquidity pool but they only added 20M Merge Tokens.

3. They’ve updated the Merging game, and has introduced new packs to purchase but only TON and Stars can be used making the initial token $MERGE useless.

4. Even though 10% of tokens were only allocated to users. The total circulating supply shows the maximum supply of 2B tokens. Meaning the tokens are not locked.

5. MiraiLabs has zero transparency. They change their minds on crucial dates without informing their community. And only develops new projects to use so they can milk other users that aren’t aware of how they work.

Remember Pegaxy? This guy was the one behind it and look what happened? Fully neglected.

Anything that has MiraiLabs on its name. Kindly do not touch it. It’s for your own good.
