JUST IN: Three men are currently appearing before the Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court in connection with belongings allegedly stolen from murder victim Elizabeth Tsontsho Moselakgomo.

The trio faces two charges, including the theft of a smartwatch and money laundering linked to the alleged sale of the watch.

At this stage, the identities of the accused cannot be revealed as investigations remain at a sensitive stage.

BREAKING: The Kempton Park Magistrate’s Court has granted accused two and three bail of R10,000 each.

The State has opposed bail for accused number one, a Nigerian national, whose immigration status in South Africa is yet to be verified by the Department of Home Affairs.

The matter has been postponed to 19 October 2026.
