@PaulTassi Remaster D1 to current D2 sandbox standards minus perk pools, armor sets, and Darkness subclassess. No PvP, but include everything from the original storyline and the "beloved" DCV, which was one of the biggest mistakes Bungie made. I would buy it just to have the story.
@Aztecross@DestinyTheGame Remember when Bungie used to hide secret puzzles for fans to solve that led to real world fun?

Or how about this gem from Destiny 2 Warmind

@PaulTassi Replaying D1. Just finished the Black Garden. It's gives great insight into the technology changes they made in D2. Also enjoy revisiting the introduction of so many long term characters like Uldrin and Mara Sov
@falloutplays Listen, I'd genuinely die for members of the LGBTQ+ community to maintain the same rights that I have. But, the math is mathin. Destiny lore heavily leaned towards LGBTQ+ and gamers don't want it in their face 24/7. It's not that complicated. Not biggest reason it failed though.
@joerogan Clocks and calendars are inventions to help us organize society. Time itself is entropy. The ongoing reorganization of atoms. In the simplest terms, think of a rock falling down a hill, hitting objects, and changing. Forever.
@JoeRoganRecaps Clocks and calendars are inventions to help us organize society, however time itself is entropy. It is the never ending reorganization of atoms. In the simplest terms, think of a rock rolling down a hill, but there is no end, the rock continues to hit objects and change. Forever.
@Fat_Electrician Water pressure reduced to a trickle for homeowners. Light pollution. Some areas of the country have an already strained power grid. Cost probably outweighs the price most of the time. AI will help us finish engineering nuclear fusion, which means free energy. Hopefully......
@MrMetal1992@RickKackis ...Or maybe I just noticed it more. I didn't log on to play for fun. I logged on to grind out my weeklies and daylies. The insanity of repeating the same raid dozens of times without reward, or even getting a pinnacle weapon only for it to be removed from the game entirely.
@MrMetal1992@RickKackis I remember. I was there from the the D1 beta in 2014 and left after light fall in 2023. I even remember when they went to static rolls on weapons for a brief time. Early on, the grind was balanced. Somewhere along the way in D2, it became all about the grind...
@RickKackis ...game full of joy became a tedious grind with Bungie making bad decision after bad decision. It broke my heart to leave, but this outcome was clear to me. I hope the industry as a whole learns.
@RickKackis I gave up on the Destiny franchise years ago. It will always be one of my favorites. I invested over a year of gameplay into it. I will always have fond memories, but they lost their way. It became a full-time job just to stay competitive. What started as a ground breaking...
@NancyMace Property taxes. Replace every tax with a sales tax on. Zero loopholes. Any government's ability to tax should be directly tied to the economy and the spending power of the people. Imagine how much harder congress would work to ensure our economy is strong.
