@Sisyphus38 I just can't believe no one wants a sticker to ruin the inside of their book that keeps them from ruining the inside of their book with a pen. SIGNED BY DOUG LEMOV!!!
Maybe some of you don't know what a book plate is. It's SO MUCH MORE then just a sticker you put on the inside of a book. Because you can also write on it.

“The Chat” is one of the best tools for building dynamic, active & inclusive learning environments online.
Check out these video clips of Shelby & Mika using The Chat to make students feel seen & heard!

Her tone is lovely; so sincere and engaged: “Can you drop your answer in the chat? I’m really curious to see what you’re thinking cause this is so different from how we celebrate birthdays in our community,” she says.

Liberal
Christian
Jew
Like you... And completely different
And what He meant was;
LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR!Period. End of story!#loveyourneighbor 🙏🏽❤️💪🏽
Part of this is because online will never do what classrooms do. But part of it also has to do with us getting better day by day at the instructional tools we have and the quality of our execution. We've got to be committed to this new craft.

2. You don't understand pedagogy
3. You don't understand taxes
4. You don't understand calendars
5. You don't understand pandemics
6. You don't understand that you are TA, but you should. Because YOU, and I cannot stress this enough, are TA
I asked a teacher what’s the best class management strategy for remote learning. Got an inspiring response....Liking students and believing in them is were you gotta start.
Just had a lovely "we are disappointed and this what the school could do better" letter sent to my Chair of governors from a family who decided to pull their child our because I followed government guidance.
I've had enough.
My kid got kicked out of his zoom and left in a virtual waiting room for turning his camera off during music class.
It’s like the 2020 version of 1984.
I wonder if next they’ll have him sharpen his stylus during recess. Or bang the delete key.
