Today we commemorate 26 years since the genocide in #Srebrenica.

We pay our respects to the families and the loved ones of the victims.

We are united in our sorrow. But also in our hope - to never see such atrocities in Europe again.

That is what our European Union stands for.

[Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs @SweMFA]

Today we honour the memory of the victims of the Srebrenica genocide in 1995 and express our solidarity with the survivors and families who grieve for their loved ones. We must all learn and take action to make sure genocides and other mass atrocity crimes never happen again.
