In Popeyes on Old Hope Road just now. There’s no customer restroom at this location. Gas station closed. A woman needed to pee and came begging for a bly to use the staff bathroom. She seemed to have been walking a distance from church and couldn’t hold her bladder any longer.
there is nothing graceful about healing. you will stumble more often than not before you find your feet, lose a sense of the music before you find a beat you resonate with again, and fall short of your own expectations at times, but no one said this dance would be easy to learn.
“Sorry for the slow reply” is a symptom of unrealistic demands in an always-on culture.

A healthier message is gratitude for reasonable expectations: “Thanks for your patience.”
may, protect my intentions. hand me cups of awareness so i may gravitate towards what is meant for me, fill my bones with courage so i may navigate from what isn’t. subdue my fears, so i can hear intuition more clearly and so i can love myself with no apology. soak me in light.
